The Warm Synthesis element set

One construction language — outlined, round-jointed, curve-forward — across the four method gates, the process compass, and the three workflow diagrams. Sand carries every line; a single vermillion mark per diagram is the one thing that's live. Shown in both treatments so you can choose: flat on warm ink, or the same forms lifted on a soft floating shadow.

Element 02 · the process compass

The four-gate method — Diagnose → Design → Build → Measure

A clean rose: faint concentric rings, the four gates as Sand contact-point dots on the cardinals, and a feedback arc that curves from Measure back to Diagnose — its endpoints land exactly on those two dots. The current bearing (here, Diagnose) is the single vermillion mark.
